New custom home project

We will be building our Sassafras plan with an attached two car garage on T. McMillan’s lot in Deer Run. This home has 3 bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths. There will fantastic views off of the rear porches and screen porch of this home. This plan works well on view lots because all of the major living areas are located on the rear of the home. We have already broke ground on this project and are scheduled to be completed in 7 months.
