Chuck and Jane Hall, partners and owners of Fern Creek Builders, spent most of their lives in upstate South Carolina, graduating from Clemson University with degrees in Civil Engineering and Education, respectively.

Chuck has worked in construction for over 40 years in all aspects of the building industry: road surveying, bridge engineering and construction, purchasing and estimating for a national home builder, land development and project management, and commercial development. His main passion, however, has always been home construction. Realizing a lifetime dream of owning their own company, Chuck and Jane moved to the mountains of North Carolina in 2003. This realization has allowed them to develop a company based on their values and principles of strong integrity, honesty, openness and relational service.

Their total commitment to providing unsurpassed quality, attention to detail, and constant availability establishes not just a contractual relationship, but a complete collaboration with their clients.

In 20+ years since they began their dream, they have completed over 100 homes, and strive to have no more than three projects developing at one time, enabling them to provide the attention that they, themselves, would want from a builder.

In 2015, their son Harrison Hall joined the company and is now a co-owner, along with his wife Brittany, who works part-time in our office. They met in Wilmington, NC while away at college and decided to move back to the mountains of North Carolina to get married and grow their family. Together, they have a 4 year old son, Atlas.

They have made Cashiers, NC their home for over 10 years now, and are excited to continue to serve the community and our clients as they take on more responsibility in their growing roles at Fern Creek Builders.
