Almost finished with our spec home on Hickory Drive. This home has sold and the new owners are moving in the beginning of December.

Duke Power opens the gates at Lake Glenville several times a year for the kayakers.
The interior trim is done and we are installing the cabinets in Cedar Hill
Exterior painting is complete and we are working on the sheet rock at the Sheepcliff Crossing home.
The owners in Cedar Hill choose the crawlspace encapsulation option for their home. This prevents any moisture form getting into the crawlspace. This process eliminates all of the foundation vents.
We are installing the intetior trim and working on the exterior grading at the Cedar Hill job.
The siding and all the mechanical rough ins are done at the Sheepcliff Crossing project. We are ready to insulate.
Framing is complete at the Sapphire High job.
